'We arrived in the dark and parked in the lot nearby the church, there is no parking at the site and we walked about 3 minutes, but the walk is down a stone alley that is picturesque and felt safe. The area is very rustic and we simply called the number at the gate to be let in. No one was around but it was easy to pick up our key after calling for instructions. The area was nice and quiet but there are no walkable food options.'

'Das Altstadthaus hat viel "Cachet". Der Empfang und die Betreuung waren sehr nett. Im neu renovierten Zimmer im Nebentrakt "Torre" fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Auch die kleine Küche war sehr praktisch. Und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse tatsächlich aussergewöhnlich reichhaltig und gesund (viele Früchte). Gerne wieder einmal!'

'Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. '
