It's in a safe, gated area, conveniently located near various towns and attractions. Levon's recommendations for winter activities were a plus. We extended our stay because we loved it, and the Levon was incredibly accommodating. A fantastic experience!'

It was my first VRBO booking so naturally I was pretty anxious at first not hearing from them, but then once the check in information was provided, everything was nice and easy. 'My friends and I had a great stay! The location on the beach was beautiful. Not a far walk into the town which was nice. The cabin itself was good. The only thing was we found the ramp to be a bit tricky. But overall, the cabin suited us perfectly. The manager and the maintenance staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our stay better than expected. Thank you for a great weekend!'

'Our group of 11 had an amazing stay at this beach resort in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, with stunning beach views and easy access to the water. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this resort for a perfect beach getaway!'

'My first impression wasn't good at all...dirty floors, dirty countertops, tables, chairs and fixtures. Microwave oven was disgusting!! Didn't clean or use that! The master bedroom was dirty as well were the sheets and full of sand...automatic indicator of "previously slept-in" sheets. I swept and mopped the whole place! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY and a distinct odor from neglect! After about 90 minutes of continual cleaning, only then was I satisfied about staying....FYI. Whomever is doing your cleaning...

'The location is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. The locals were very nice and friendly members of my group had spoken to lots of people while on the provided boats. Henry was a great host and was very understanding and helpful with special requests with my group. Henry responded quickly and I have nothing negative to say about him or our experience as a whole. We made many great memories on our trip and we hope to visit again! 5 Star Experience!'

'It’s definitely rustic but cozy. We had everything we needed. Large fire pit with lots of chairs for a larger group. It was just my husband and myself at the property so it was quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable king size bed. Definitely would return. '

'My husband and I and our little french bulldog truly enjoyed the space to unwind and get away over the holidays. The hot tub and private backyard was a gem for evening relaxing sessions after days of holiday excitement and the benefit that our little dog could watch through the sliding doors from the warmth inside was a huge benefit. The location to the quiet beach area and dog beach was a huge benefit and the weather was mild which meant we enjoyed walking the almost empty beach daily. The...

'I was greeted by very friendly staff. I felt welcome. The location of the resort cannot be beat. The cottage was clean. This property met my needs with regard to the kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom. Windows were a slight problem when I wanted fresh air and I felt the bathroom window allowed welcome sun shine into the cottage, but although frosted, required a covering in order to provide privacy. Foam was required on the bed to improve comfort. I would return each year.'
