'We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Going around thanksgiving meant it was cozy in the cabin and the leaves were changing outside. Bill and Christine were wonderful hosts who were there to greet us and responsive if we needed them, but otherwise gave us space and privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need for cooking (and the knives were sharp!) It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us, and there were beautiful places to walk with him. We loved...

'We’ve been in Rowan Cottage for a week and we loved every minute of it. The house itself is very well equiped and very spacious. The view from both the sitting area as the bedroom is spectacular. The grounds surrounding the cottages are well kept with a good balance for nature and leisure. All the litle resting areas were you can enjoy the spectacular views are amazing. We had a great time and will be back if possible!'

'Beautiful spot. use of kayaks available for the river, and lots of seating around the yard area to enjoy. Great system with marking off times in the hot tub on a board outside so you can enjoy the tub without other guests. will stay again! '

'My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!'

'It’s an older home but well maintained with several levels! Quite a unique property!! Very nicely decorated in main living room floor with huge dining area. Lots to do at this property with beach front access to Lake Chestermere. Games room, huge trampoline, beach toys, hot tub, bbq etc. very large deck area with lots of lounging chairs and fire pit area. Great place to get away and enjoy some time at the lake with friends and family. Enjoyed our stay!'

'The cottage is spacious and with nice decor. A good supply of cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. A baking dish is not available though.'

'Really nice staff and quick to respond even in off season. Cabin is large and clean, high ceilings makes it feel even bigger. There is plenty of cooking supplies and a awesome place to stay. '
