'The front lock broke to the building and we couldn’t get in for hours. Exhausted all the contacts that were provided to us, but still had trouble getting in, and getting in contact with the host. Eventually, the host came to the building and let us in, but hours later. It would be helpful if guest could have effective and direct communication to the host for emergencies like that. But host was very friendly and cooperative once arriving to the situation.'

'Great location and very pet friendly. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult as you had to rely on street parking. Many space were only for permit holders.'

'Fantastic location right on St. Denis. We enjoyed just walking out and being on the bustling sidewalk. Very close to Mt Royal Park, shopping, groceries, coffee shops. Our unit faced the back and was quiet, but not much of a view. Next time I would prefer a street view to be able to see the action from the street. That said, we had a very good stay here.'

'Highly recommend this property. Very clean. Responsive hosts, easy checkin, clear lockbox instructions. Very unfussy check out procedure - really nothing, pretty much just leave! Roomy and clean apartment. AC hit every corner of the unit. Great neighborhood. Small well-stocked epicerie across the street, several excellent coffee shops within 2 blocks, and many great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.'

'I like the spacey room, but The Hotel is overpriced Kitchen pots were not stainless steel but rather cheep Teflon-like with PTFE coating. Water damaged base board in bathrooms. The chairs at the table were all stained and dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken off and not replaced. No bottled water as the Expedia app showed and no Bathtub. Blinds didn't work in the first room and chain attachment broken. Mold in shower. The second room, every time we entered smelled like mildew. The...

'My family and I had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment. The place came with various amenities. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was also very beautiful and convenient, with a lively park and useful grocery store nearby. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!'

'The room smelled like a wet dog when I arrived. I requested additional cleaning twice, but no one responded to my request. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location.'
