« Staff were great. Could maybe had more heat in the cabin due to -20 degree weather. The only heat source we could see was the gas fireplace. It got very cold in the cabin at night as we did not want to keep the fireplace on high during the night. It would also be something for you to consider to put outside plug-ins for vehicles. « As mentioned in an earlier evaluation of the VRBO process, this was the first instance of my using VRBO where the host contacted us prior to check in to ensure we had no concerns. This was so welcome as I wasn't sure how to get to the property and the host representative was so helpful. Previous occurrences the host has been very difficult to contact resulting in difficult check in. Excellent work Conner! »

« We were looking forward to trying these domes out for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, they were dirty, the floor was not swept and the fridge was disgusting. The bed was on a piece of scrap carpet they cut out of somewhere and the small glass table had a large crack across the top. The temperature went down to -12c and the outdoor bathroom facilites froze up. They had heaters going both in the dome and in the outhouse, but they were almost useless.
