'Everything went perfectly. Shuttled through the resort and anywhere else we wanted to go'

'The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....

'Mooie hotel, goede voorzieningen, heerlijk eten en drinken (en all inclusive). Kortom, de moeite waard.'

'it was just kinda hard to find but it was really close to the clubs and the walk back is super lit so it’s fine'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip. Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands) L’hôtel a une belle piscine. Nous avons mangé là le soir avec vue sur la marina, c’était bon et personnel très gentil !'

'GFACB has an amazing beach this time of year. The food and drinks were okay. The service was hit or miss it seemed like there was staff that genuinely loved their job and were pleased to make your stay fantastic without expecting tip and others that if they thought you wouldn’t tip them they would rather attend to guest that they thought would tip them more. We had great service at the coffee shop, steakhouse, sushi bar and adults only pool but not at the Italian restaurant, family pools or...

'Top location and top staff'

'Belle chambre très confortable Personnel très bien'

'👍'

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun. - There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late. - Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. - Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid. - breakfast is very limited, and no set tables. Pro’s: - location. Close to the going out area (but quiet in the...

'Nice and calm hotel in the hotel-zone Cancun. Very nice and clean beach. Staff is very helpfull. Would defenitly reccomend it! '

'Overall, the resort was nice, quiet and well tended. We paid extra for ocean view which was nice. And we'll worth it. The room was clean and fully furnished including kitchen needs. I found that the cleaning staff were inflexible. We generally were in the room from 3:30-5 everyday looking to get ready for evening outings. Unfortunately the cleaning staff came to make up the room around 4pm and so we had a few days when because of reservations we had to tell the cleaning lady not today. Even...

'Overall was a really great stay they only downfall was the diamond package is not 24 hours and the premium liquor is only at select bars'
