'This is my second time staying at this hotel, and there were many reasons that brought me back—one of them being the beautiful beach. The facilities are always very clean, and it’s clear they put great effort into keeping everything running smoothly. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional, especially Rafaella from the palapa, who always takes care of guests with a warm smile. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again.'

'We come here year after year and it's always a "Perfect 10". The food is amazing, the facility is amazing, but most of all and our favorite part is, "The Staff", they are like family. We truly have a great friendship and relationship with them all. When we visit, it's like our second home away.'

'This hotel feels like an old mall that’s been converted into a hotel, with each shop turned into a room. The good part is that the reception staff is available 24/7. However, we had little to no hot water in the morning. Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Most people seem to stay here just for a night. either before or after checking into their resort, or while doing excursions. There are some spots for parking shared with shops at the front.'
