'Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return. Starting with check in — we had diamond club and it was smooth, easy and seamless. This was the same for check out. We arrived on a Saturday and met our butler (Daniel and Steff). Our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait (we packed bathing suits in our carry on).
