'Property was going through renovations and is an older building. Our group had 3 rooms - all were great. Clean. Large. Had all of the amenities Hotel was far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. But close enough to walk to in 10 minutes when we were ready to hit broadway. Awesome stay. 100% recommend.'

'Room was extremely small and the a/c wasn’t adequate. However, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen appliances including dishes and silverware were great. There was no elevator so we had to carry our belongings up stairs which was very difficult for myself being a disabled Veteran.'

'Perfect location downtown, walking distance to everything you could need. Very clean, functional space for travellers. Hosts were quick to reply and check that we arrived and had everything we needed. There was an additional security deposit not mentioned at time of booking but seemingly standard practice. The elevator wait time was very long but to be expected with a large amount of Jays game attendees staying in the same building. Definitely a great place to stay for a downtown Toronto trip...

'No parking on site. I did find street parking nearby, but I’m actually not sure if it was ok.'

'Nice spacious room. Only complaints were elevator sounds and a mysterious banging for 45 minutes that started around 4 am. However, I never sleep well the first night in a strange room. Great location!'

'The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not).'
