'This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. A shower was added to the bathroom which was a wonderful addition. All of the main living areas look out over the bay. There are 2 screened porches which were so useful as well. 'Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

'We found it difficult to find the cottage, the sign needs to be more visible and updated. It was all faded. Overall, we were satisfied with the country cabin charm. Loved the porch!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the pier, along with seeing eagles and blue herons.'

'Beautiful location and the house had everything we needed. Our family had ages 1-50 staying and we ALL had an amazing time! The proximity to the beach and gulf state park was perfect and property mangers took awesome care of us! Highly recommend'

'Complex is in a perfect location- quiet and right next door to a great seafood mkt. The unit was super clean, comfortable beds, perfect proximity to the pool. The screened back porch was our favorite space. Loved sitting outside listening to and watching birds, chatting, and seeing Mr Gator swish by. He turns toward you if you call him! The property pool is beautiful and inviting, perfect for both young and older. Also enjoyed being able to walk right into Gulf State Park and enjoy the trails....

'My wife and I booked for our honeymoon. It is the perfect size for a couple or even a small family. We enjoyed the location! Just a minute walk to restaurants/stores. It also was SUPER clean when we arrived! Outdoor shower is perfect for after long beach days. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10'

'Awesome little RV resort with the option to rent out into homes for a fraction of the price to rent anything on the beach. Amazingly family & pet friendly with beautiful pool (with waterfalls and fountain jets), a playground, splash pad and fitness room. Large shared community area with games and events. Staff was friendly and always close by if you needed help. Will definitely take my family again! '

'We loved the house and location; beautiful sunrises and sunsets always. Plenty of room for our guests! What we didn't expect though was the last week of 24/7 beach dredging and reshaping which closed the beach directly in front of us. Fortunately, it reopened on our last day so we could enjoy a final beach walk....my happy place. A few maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the very helpful staff. Would stay at Paradox again.'
