'All I have to say is if you’re in a pinch and have 1 night to stay I still wouldn’t recommend'

'We checked in, saw the room, and then checked out. The front desk receptionist was lovely and deserves all of the stars. She tried to accommodate by offering another room but I didn’t feel confident that any other room would be much better. While checking in, we wanted to take advantage of the coffee/tea/hot chocolate and 2 roaches were on the wall. Fine, we’re in NY, I get it. We head to our room which is in one of the other buildings. 'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'The outdoor pool was green and not for use! The floors in the room were dirty. The property wasn’t even clean. The water was brown.the air conditioning was cold.'
