'Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records.'

'The pratt house is wonderfull just as we expected it to be, Alan and Anne arr very hospitable and nice and made us feel at home.'

'Last minute trip. Not many options. It turned out much better than my expectations. The room is clean and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfy. Separate bathroom comes with steam shower also very roomy and well decorated. The hotel located in the very quiet and safe area. Overall I’ve had great experience. '

'Interesting setting in a repurposed school building. The rooms are huge, the hosts are great and the breakfasts [we stayed 2 nights] were awesome!'

'The breakfast was easily accessible. They had French toast which is my favorite. The room was clean and well organized. I enjoyed my stay and I appreciate that. '

'We stayed in the newly renovated cottage “White House” which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade...

"Het was een schone, maar kleine kamer met geweldig uitzicht over de stad. Hotel ligt dichtbij Times Square en metrostation. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een top ervaring!"

"Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Dat was nog beter geweest als er iemand naar de airco was komen kijken. Die maakte heel veel herrie zelfs als deze uitstond. Maakt het slapen lastig. Hiervan twee keer melding gemaakt maar niemand gezien. Dat is jammer"

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
