'E’ stata una piacevolissima scoperta anche se solo per una notte. Molto accogliente la camera e estremamente curato tutto il complesso. Apprezzata anche la cura del verde. Molto bello il panorama '

'Un monastero del 1400 completamente restaurato ed adattato ad ospitare persone, ampie camere e spazia disposizione degli avventori. Gestori e personale di servizio a dir poco fantastico, tutti attenti ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza degli ospiti. Colazione italiana ottima e completa di tutto. Ristorante annesso dove si possono degustare cibi gourmet, innaffiati da ottimo vino locale. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Se ritorniamo in zona avremo il piacere di soggiornare ancora in questa struttura che...

'Località suggestiva. Pierluigi, Mirco e Simona, cordiali e professionali. Pierluigi, il proprietario, è anche un cuoco eccellente che utilizza materie prime di alta qualità con fantasia. Accanto a lui Mirco che gestisce il tutto con grande presenza e professionalità, tra l’altro intrattiene piacevolmente al pianoforte. Simona si occupa con grande cura della colazione e delle camere. 'A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. '

'La struttura è veramente particolare. Far colazione nel refettorio del monastero circondati da affreschi è un'esperienza unica. Le camere sono "monacali" ma pulite. Noi avevamo un bagno con la finestra murata. '

'Residence buono, forse fosse stata estate avrei detto qualcosa di più perché l’esterno sembra veramente bello.. 2 pecche.. la strada per arrivare... senza SUV non ci si arriva.. buche che nemmeno nella peggiore escursione.. problema più grosso però il ristorante.. non avrò letto io che bisognava prenotare, ma in questo periodo arrivare e sentirsi dire che è tardi per chiamare lo chef mi sembra assurdo.. consiglio anche a Hotel.com... non date il permesso di scrivere Ristorante disponibile se non...

'We stayed as a stopover on a cross-Italy drive. The weather was not so good so our enjoyment of the exterior was limited. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The pillows could have been a little fluffier. A little strange that the shower had a window to the rest of the room, but when in Rome…. Heat controls were made at the desk we assume to cut costs, but it was a little strange as well. We wish some spa services were included which would have justified the cost for this...

'For os var det et fint ophold. Værelserne er fine - vi boede ikke ud mod poolen, kan forestille mig der vil være lidt støj - men her var der helt stille. Morgenmaden var fin - den stakkels pige i baren havde travlt med at servere kaffe for de italienske familier!'

'The house and the garden with swimming pool are complete for a good holiday. The view is fantastic, especially when the sun goes down. Located very centrally for trips in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. Contact with the owner is good.'

'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...
