'We had a very good time at Giorgio's place with our 3 kids between 8 and 13 years oud. A nice house with a perfect view and a good swimmingpool for hot days. Very quiet surrounding and a lot to see and to do. Not only visiting Rome is an option, but also beautiful villages and marvelous nature like Monte Tancia. The contact with Giorgio before and during our stay was very good and he was always available to help. We hope to visit this place again.'

'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. 'We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

'Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. 'Couldn’t have asked for a better location or villa for our family trip to Umbria. We were a total of 9 with varying needs and our stay in Todi checked all the boxes. 'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect.
