'Beautiful modern hotel in a beautiful traditional building in the heart of old town Constanta. You can’t beat the location with old town right out your window, the boardwalk and the beach within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet (our stay was Tuesday-Thursday). To be extra picky the only issues we had was no AC during the winter months so it was really hot in the room. Even with the windows open we were hot. 'The room was nice ... big and spatious ! The location is kinda weird ... not close to the beach ... but also advertised like it ... The wifi was very very slow ... Will try to stay closer to Mamaia next time! '
