'Wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood on a nice little lake. It is a great setting and was perfect for us to decompress after spending holiday festivities with family. Greg was great to work with and provided all the communication needed to be prepared for the cottage. We are looking to book again due to the proximity to the coast, shopping and restaurants!'

'Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. 'My family had a wonderful time staying with our family dog for my son’s college graduation in Boston. Greg was a courteous and most gracious host and we thoroughly enjoyed being all together, lounging on the back porch, cooking and eating family meals, and just hanging out! 'My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here over Boston Marathon weekend. We had rented this lovely home for a Christmas visit pre-Covid and loved it so much that we booked it again when my son learned he'd be running the iconic race. The home is well-stocked, well-furnished, and you simply can't beat the location. Plus, the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and responsive. We'll be back again!'

'Stayed in Marblehead for a Celebration of Life. The house was comfortable, had a large yard for the kids to play in and the 1 year old learned to climb stairs (totally his option LOL), Rooms are larger than you expect and plenty of room to find your own space. I would recommend it for a family and it is pet friendly. Thanks Bill for letting us stay there.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia house. It was convenient to where we needed to be in doing college visits and only a 15 min walk from the T when needed and 15 min from there to downtown Boston. The property was very clean, organized, and provided all the basic necessities like sugar, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper as well as a gourmet coffee and tea station. Laundry with both washer and dryer with dryer sheets and detergent made it so homey....

'My whole family loved our stay here. Kids 5, 6, and 15. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean! The front porch was great to sit in the sun. My husband and I could play a few rounds of pool which was a treat for us. The coi pond is an incredible addition and such a treat! 100 out of 100! Tha ks for sharing this with us!'

'My husband, me and my son stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They texted the door code and gave suggestions for places to eat. All were great. The house was beautifully updated but still had the warm historic feel. Great size kitchen. Shower/bathroom was very nice. Bedroom was a little small but we also had a pack n play in there and didn’t really need anything else. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I would suggest upgrading that but...

'Loved this place. Great location and it was a very quiet space (though I did go and off-season at the beginning of May). Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great.'

'We came to Boston for the marathon and we needed a place to stay that was priced reasonably and had enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen is a great space for a family and has new appliances and everything we needed to make meals. One word of caution, Do NOT go down the stairs in socks. 'Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest.
