'Beautiful, unique property!'

'Very well situated, right in the old part of Newtown. Quiet neighborhood and close to the busier streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kindly let us stay past the check out hour. We didn’t get a room in the house we had reserved (not in Melville but in an adjacent house) and the room we got didn’t look like the pictures posted on line. It was a little poky but since we only wanted to use it to sleep in, it didn’t bother us much. '

'Diane and Paul were fantastic hosts, with great support and guidance throughout the trip. The carriage house is on their property but you never felt any lack of privacy. We had the pleasure of interacting with Diane and her family as we’d come and go. The location is fantastic, short walk to many shops,coffee, and the ocean. The property itself is gorgeous! 'This is a cross between a hotel, a bed and breakfast, and an Airbnb. The room had a modern feel with a King-sized bed and a modern private bathroom with a shower stall - like a contemporary hotel. There is no front desk - similar to an Airbnb - although Randy and Lisa, the gracious and friendly hosts, were available whenever we needed them. Each morning, we were greeted with a wonderfully prepared breakfast of much higher quality than your typical hotel - what one would expect from a B&B.'
