'Incredible property and views!! We had plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking all of our meals and the deck was perfect in the mornings and evenings. We saw elk, deer and a bear! We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again. '

'If you want a private home close to Ouray, Ridgway, or Montrose, look no further. We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The place has EVERYTHING you would need. The hosts are fabulous and are very clear in communication. You will get some critters at the back door. We made friends with the chipmunks, bunnies and spotted some deer. The place is exactly as advertised.'

'This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors. Would definitely...

'Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. '

'This location was perfectly situated in Ouray to walk to downtown and not worry about parking. It is on the perimeter trail as well! Check-in and out was very easy and it was great to have the space and bring our dog, who had a lovely time as well! '

'Check-in process was easy and provided all of the information needed. Kitchen facilities was clean and offered a lot of appliances and dishes which was great for our large group. Loved the antique dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty but that's normal for the area. We loved the deer that came on the property to say hello. Would love to stay there again!'

'We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!'

'This home was a wonderful retreat for a group of 8 visiting Ourey to ride dual-sport motorcycles. The common area served as a nice place to gather at the end of the day, and the bedrooms/baths provided a comfortable rest. The house was clean and inviting. Being that we all traveled across the country to be there, I appreciated that bath towels, extra bedding, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and even beach towels for visiting the hot springs were readily available. '
