'Beautiful modern home, large suite for four upstairs . The coffee could be stronger and some of breakfast could be fresher instead of frozen before microwaving.'

'Mary Lou was so nice to chat with, and very helpful. Sharing with us the history of the home was so fun. Such a kind soul. The peace and quiet was so nice. Discovering the history of the home was so fun! Why are there no fireplaces?!? Basement? Crawl space? See what you can find. Play records on the…well, what is it? Victorola? Hmm But be respectful, put everything back as you found it, so others can enjoy it as we have.'

'Chris and his team were amazing, would give them 10 star rating if I could. I hosted my bachelor party at this property, and we had 30 guests stay for a long weekend. The property was perfect, it had so many cool rooms to hang out in and endless activities and fun things to do and keep us entertained. 'We loved our time at the Kimmell House. Beautiful grounds and house was amazing! We stayed in the private cottage with a king bed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the sheets were the best I have ever felt, 4 pillows with a variety of firm and soft, and our room was lovely. They went above and beyond with extra comforts and treats. Breakfast both days was delicious and homemade from scratch, absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful weekend, and we are so thankful we found this gem of a B&B.'

'We loved the hot tub, the porch and the cabin. We loved venturing to Goshen and Elkhart and visiting the towns. There was a coffee table with lighting above that was perfect for our puzzle! We were looking for an isolated cabin, and this is not that, but it was very nice and the beds were super comfy.'
