'Family traveled for the SEC Tournament! Was in a perfect location and had plenty of room to spread out and rest in comfort. There is a train that passes at night so that was a surprise, but wasn’t extremely loud. Definitely would stay again next year!'

'The house was lovely , but the AC was a problem. We could not get the lower level to get any higher than 68 - 70 even if the thermostat was set at 77! The intake grate was filthy as were some of the other vents and when the AC unit turned on it was literally so loud next to the 1st floor bedroom that it woke us up! The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.'

'Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon.'

'This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive...

'We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....
