'The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!'

Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. 'Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Clean but somewhat dated property situated in a lovely, quiet gated community. 20 mins to Disney, 40 mins to airport and easy access to US192 allowing you to avoid the hideous interstate 4.'

'Beautiful home with a pool. This is our 15+ VRBO rental in the Davenport area. This is the 1st time we had to pay rent for a crib and a BBCue. A 5 bedroom home promoting family vacations yet, absolutely nothing on site for young children (no crib, no highchair). We paid for a heated pool. We had heat on day one and nothing for the next 5 days. The “Heat Pump guy” tried to fix it, crossed his fingers and told us to hope for the best. 'We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future.'

'First and foremost, Katie was the epitome of an excellent host. She helped us with any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The home was equipped with all the bells and whistles - even an Alexa in the kitchen that we used to entertain our family . The pool was perfect for our group. Each room has its own unique style. The clubhouse lazy river was the cherry on top of the cake! Our entire family enjoyed it! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay with your family!.'

'This home is comfortable, cool and clean. It has all that you need. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe. Disney parks are about a 25 minute drive due to traffic (about 12-14 miles), so not bad at all. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby and Wawa on the corner. Hosts are kind and great with communication and all codes sent to us worked immediately. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you.'

'Our family of 14 loved our Thanksgiving week at the Windsor house! The home was spacious so everyone had their own spot…even the dog had a great backyard to play frisbee or chase the ball! The pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for enjoying day and night. The two large gathering areas allowed the younger crew to have some entertainment time apart from those who wanted to sit and visit. The pool table, ping pong table and poker table all got plenty of action and...

'Check in at the gate was simple and fast and we were given our access passes for the rest of the stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to prepare and serve meals. The pool was great and the whole party spent hours in it. A huge number of towels provided for both in the villa and pool towels which we could take to the water parks. Washing machine meant we could wash almost all the clothes before travelling home to save a massive wash on our return....
