B&B in Central-Leatherstocking

'Excellent personal service, 1st time using a bed and breakfast and don't regret at all'

'A quiet, traditional B&B, with a gracious host. Communication was excellent, room was quiet, and the location was good -- just 6/10-mile to the center of downtown.'

'Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.'

'This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!'

'great stay great owner great location'

'Excellent breakfast'

'Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!'

'This was a beautiful and relaxing place. There is a excellent restaurant attached and it had great food and wonderful staff. '

'Beautiful property, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious! They even surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The towels and sheets smelt amazing! '

'Location - good for everything. Inside the room - very comfortable. Outside sidewalk, tables and patio are dirty/beaten up. Biggest complaint and reason we WON'T go back is the restaurant across the street has an extremely (and I mean extremely) loud band outside under a tent pointed at the rooms. They play Friday and Saturday from 7 to past 11 and the glass actually shook in the windows. (and there was no one listening in the tent - they were just loud for no people and no reason). The...

'Dirty, smelled terrible as soon as you open the door.'

'Did not have a private bathroom. Out in the country.'

'While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.'

'We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! '

'Great experience'

'Very clean, pet friendly and great location!'
