Villa's in New York

'The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. We had 3 military families staying together in an attempt to spend limited, valuable time with our cadets. The...

'The host was great and available for any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group and made it easy to do Seneca and Cayuga lake wine tours. House had a lot of amenities and we really didn’t need to bring anything more than our clothing and food. '

'Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.'
