'Stayed here for a wedding. I also love trail running, and was super happy to find good trails in the area. Lovely stay, comfy beds, and good coffee and breakfast. It felt like 'home'. Definitely will come back as there is so much to explore in the area!'

'Great view off the deck with a late afternoon glass of wine. When the sun went down and temps dropped we moved into the charming rustic charming great room. We particularly want to thank Hannah for moving breakfast up a half an hour, so that we could get to the UVM graduation on time. She went out of her way to give us a full breakfast, on short notice. '

'Suzanna and Brandon were wonderful hosts. The inn is comfortable and provided many amenities like game room, hot tub, and fire pit. Daily baked goods smell delicious and breakfast each morning was wonderful! Our hosts had great recommendations of things to do in the area and were lovely to chat with. We were visiting for a wedding in Waitsfield and were very happy staying local rather than in one of the other cities!'

'Bud was very hospitable and overall great! Externally, very aesthetic and inviting. The interior can definitely use some TLC, but it really also depends on your expectations. It’s a country house so don’t expect anything lavish or over the top. Another reviewer wrote that it’s like staying at grandma’s. Couldn’t agree more. If you like trendy and fancy, this is not the place. If you like rustic, quiet and low key- this will do the job. We enjoyed our stay. '

'Excellent breakfast! Sitting room available for guests was comfy with coffee/tea and delicious homemade cake. All very clean. Our room was small with little area for luggage. Hot/Cold water was reversed, but without my glasses on in the bathroom I couldn't read the script cap on the faucet. We ran the water for quite a while before we figured it out. Randy very knowledgeable about the area and a wealth of information on Stowe and environs. Would definitely stay here again.'
