'When we got there the air conditioner wasn't working. We did a fan but it did not help. We thought we had bought the breakfast when booking our stay but they said we didn't. We had to buy our own breakfast which was good. The bar staff was great. We told the hotel customer service about our experience and they said they would issue a discount but have not received credit on our account yet.'

'The Concierge was really rude I asked about checking in granted I was early but the way the attendant spoke to me was horrible, she gave me attitude for asking questions saying I needed to wait which was fine I just didnt like how she responded. Then I was seeing her give other people rooms after us while we were still waiting. 'The staff were incredibly helpful when I got there with my party. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. There weren’t too many amenities to use, but it’s fine because we didn’t need anything extra. 10/10 would stay again.'

'I really liked that this hotel was located in a very central location. We took the train from the airport to the Space Needle then the hotel was a 5-6 minute walk from there. We then used the city bikes to take the 15-20 minute ride down to the Pikes Place Market . The buffet for breakfast was great, lots of options, and the room and lobby was nice. We also used the gym which had good equipment. Overall, when I go back to Seattle, I would go back to this hotel.'

'When we checked into our room we found that it had not been cleaned at all -- not even touched. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to wait about half an hour for staff to come in to clean it. However, despite this initial negative impression, I really liked this place. The ocean view was spectacular, the walk to the beach was short, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the ocean in all its moods.'
