'I enjoyed my stay. However at the prices that they charge i feel there should be an ice machine and an ironing board Available. I venture to Las Vegas often and I feel that though tourism is a necessary way for income, I also feel its not carte blanch to charge the public radical prices just because you can. Thats my issue here. I asked for more towels for when I was gone and they only did that. They didnt make the bed or replenish the coffee. Again, at nearly 400.00 a night they need to be...

'A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return.'

'The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.'

'A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!'

'The hotel is under new ownership. Main areas are clean and fresh looking. I’d booked a double room with river view. Tried calling before we arrived to ask if microwave in the room-1st time the call was just hung up on, I assumed it was an accident. Called back twice, no answer. We arrived about 8pm.
