« A lovely place to stay in the quaint town of Langley. We arrived before checkin and walked around the shops and ate lunch. Staff were very helpful and even packed a to go breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast buffet was open. Upon arrival on Whidbey island we did a 4 mile coastal hike at Ebbey's state park that was spectacular. Would definitely return. »

« The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel. »

« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

« A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms! »

« If I could give it no stars, I would. Between my room and the common area there were 6 pieces of Harry Potter items. So not sure why it’s being advertised as Harry Potter suites. The rooms are literally just that, a room that the bed takes up most of and a bathroom. The coffee pot was on the counter with absolutely no plug ins near it, so I would have had to out the coffee pot on the floor to make some coffee. « The hotel is under new ownership. Main areas are clean and fresh looking. I’d booked a double room with river view. Tried calling before we arrived to ask if microwave in the room-1st time the call was just hung up on, I assumed it was an accident. Called back twice, no answer. We arrived about 8pm.
