We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. »

Close to parks, downtown sites & restaurants, and I-5 for seeing more of Washington. We were there during an unexpected heat advisory, so the extra fans were great!
