'Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. '

'I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise.'
