Cons: Wi-Fi was spotty and would go out quite frequently throughout the day/night. Even after we reset the router multiple times. We couldn't get a sustained connection enough to use the TV. 'Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). 'This is a perfect getaway. It's close enough to Los Angeles, but far enough that you feel like you are not in the city. The house is a cozy place that fit my family of 4 perfectly. We ending up being able to have lots of family time from playing darts in the back, to the provided Pictionary game, to just sitting and reading and enjoying nature.
