'The hotel let us in the room earlier. The hallway and breakfast and lunch/dining area was light and spacial with a (moderate) view on the garden. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast has many options. '

'A nice room, although showing a lot of wear and tear. Needs a spruce up. Could be a lot more attention to detail as there was cobwebs above the shower and by the door. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy but didn’t stay on too long so wasn’t too annoying. It was very cold in the room went I first went in as the radiator was off. Would be nice if it would be turned on to a low setting prior to my arrival just to take the chill off. Despite these minor negatives I would stay again but...

'The place itself was fine, but... In the midds of the heatwave we arrived early evening in the hotel and needed a shower. It turned out we only had very hot water and couldn't use the shower. Of course we mentioned this but no proper action was taken. In the morning we asked to fix the problem and where met by a conceited boy who went in the defensieve mode beginning to bad mouth the women who where working the night before. "There were only women in the house: what do you expect" That ticked me...

'A good value property and comfortable with all we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the items left for making breakfast and good communication/information from the owner. We found it ideal for visiting Oxford with just a short drive to Park and Ride.'

'Prima hotel met goed voorziene kamer. Fijn dat je zelf koffie-thee kunt zetten, maar ook kunt halen. Zwembad en sauna kun je vrijblijvend gebruiken en zien er prima uit. Mooie tuin. Oxford snel bereikbaar.'
