'I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. 'The 2 bedroom apartment is clean, renovated and complete with facilities. The street is quiet and peaceful. It is a few minutes walk to Park Av with supermarket, 7 eleven, a big self-service laundry, and a very delicious yet cheap Chinese take-away. The host is friendly, helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. This is an economic alternative accommodation to reach NYC Times Square by bus, which takes about 20 minutes when off peak hours.'
