'Heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Nicolas was de perfecte host. Dicht bij 2 metrostations en om de hoek staan velib en lime to go fietsen. Appartement heeft airco, is klein maar fijn en ligt op 6e verdieping maar er is een lift. Bed van 160 breed en dat is groot voor in parijs. Matras is wel wat zacht, maar wel hebben prima geslapen. Mini keuken met koelkast. We hebben niet gekookt, maar er wel ontbeten. Aanrader voor als je iets meer vrijheid wil dan in een hotel'

'Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren...

'Beautifully presented, smart space, very compact but everything you could possibly need. 6th floor and the stairs were very challenging and badly lit. Entrance area was under repair. good value overall though.'

'A lot of space. Light and airy with a funky feel. The smallest lift in the city. One person, one bag and a note stating the fine you’d be assessed if it broke down while you were in it and violating the rules. Tough if you’re a family and on the 6th floor. Burned out light in a bedroom closet. One floor lamp could not be switched on (or was it off). Paint peeling from the trim. One bedroom vanity drawer kept falling out. Check in was difficult. A simple text with the appropriate codes would have...
