'J'avais l'appartement au RDC. C'est très bruyant il donne sur un arrêt de bus donc beaucoup de bruit. De plus dès que quelqu'un entre dans la résidence on entend tout et quand la personne d'au-dessus va aux toilettes on entend également tout. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude'

'We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming and spacious and in a great location just minutes from the metro, bakeries, cafes and shops on Mozart and Passy. It was a great home base to return to after spending our days exploring Paris. Gaelle was very pleasant and helpful when greeting us and giving us instructions for the apartment. We would highly recommend.'

The ugly was the check-in, as we had no information on how to get into the building or apartment. I would never rent a unit from Belville again. The experience was a nightmare. 'Logement fonctionnel et bien décoré. Mais 1 énorme problème !!!: aucune luminosité ne rentrait ds le logement bien que le temps fut magnifique dehors. Il faisait très sombre dans l'appartement, du matin au soir, nous avons dû avoir tous les éclairages allumés tte la journée pdt 8 jours. Ambiance très désagréable !Par ailleurs, impossible d'utiliser la télévision : soit disant" connectée sur 1 casque" mais le casque est inexistant. Nous avons adressé un mail dès le 2.09 pour savoir comment...

'This property needs a lot of TLC- the bathroom was moldy due to no extractor fan- the curtains were stained- the fan did not work initially but was replaced. Location was good and bed was clean.I cannot recommend anyone staying here. '
