'Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too...

'Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April.
Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...
