'Sandra and Bill are fantastic hosts, who have built and outfitted this tiny home with such thoughtfulness and intention, that it was very difficult to bid it goodbye. The Southern Shore of Nova Scotia is one of the most beautiful- and friendliest - places I have ever been. Im counting down the days until I can visit next. Or retire here.'

'The cottage was spotless and very well appointed. Especially the kitchen: came supplied with both pod and drip coffeemakers - and coffee along with some other staples. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. While the property lot runs down to the sea at Western Shore, the cottage was not truly "ocean front". It is set back from the ocean a bit but we could sit right beside the sea. Lovely!'

'The Lodge is a nice place to spend a few days, lots of room, a great kitchen to prepare meals in, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, three bathrooms and a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Ruim huis direct aan de baai, met terras aan het huis én nog een direct op het water. Van die laatste wil je nooit meer weg. Eb en vloed, zon en wolken, en vooral: aalscholvers en meeuwen die rustig op de stenen in het water zitten, totdat er één landt met een verse krab. Geschreeuw en gedoe van jewelste. Tot de volgende krab. Huis heeft slaapplaatsen in soorten en maten. Beneden twee kleinere kamers, boven twee grote bedden in een open ruimte, te beklimmen met steile, zeer stevige trap....

'Beautiful home! Ultra clean! Floor to ceiling windows along the entire front of the house! Perfect views of the bay every day, regardless of the weather. Secluded, but there are neighbors behind. The host was amazing. So welcoming, so friendly, kind and helpful. We arrived late on a rainy, foggy night. Too late to stop at a store. We found lights on, coffee, English muffins, and jam for our breakfast. So very thoughtful!! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a rugged, rustic...
