'We just spent a week at this amazing hotel with our baby, toddler, and family. The hotel is very family friendly but is well set up for couples and all ages. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I had to wash my baby bottles everyday and they delivered extra water bottles whenever I needed them. They even offered to sterilize them for me. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'Spent 5 nights there with my wife and 2 sons 9 and 11.The resort was very clean, the service was absolutely wonderful. The staff around the pools and the beach were all over it. We ate a dinner at each one of the restaurants and the food was very good. We would definitely go back. Only suggestion I would make is to go early in the morning like 6;45-7 am to reserve a chair for around the pool. 'Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! '

'The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!'
