'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'ATELIER Playa Mujeres was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. We stayed in a swim-up suite and absolutely loved it—it was one of our favorite parts of the trip and made the stay feel extra relaxing.
We also had INSPIRA, which made the experience even better and added a really special touch. The service was outstanding, everyone was welcoming and attentive, and the food was excellent.
