'1. The bathroom floor looked watet stained and wasn't mopped. 2. The drinking glasses were left dirty and never washed..lipstick stained. Otherwise we were very pleased with the room.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!'

'The resort was amazing! Service was exceptional and so was the cleanliness. Restaurants were all very welcoming and the food was outstanding. The resort could use some day and night life. Nothing to do past 10pm '

'We loved the stay here. Staff are very kind and welcoming. We loved all activities. Sandy is so awesome. We loved her energy and she spreads a lot of joy. Food is great as well. I was amazed to see vegan options. Please keep this up and add more vegan desserts. The night shows are pretty awesome too. They do a solid job of keeping the guests well fed and entertained. I visited with my parents and would definitely come visit again. '
