'The facilities and dinning were great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed dinning in different restaurants every night. The food was outstanding. Lounging by the many pools and swim up bars were great. Romantic dinner on the beach was a great date night too.'

'The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything...

'We really enjoyed the room. It was very spacious with a king sized bed. Two large bathrooms. Great service. The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. Lots of pools to choose from with lots of palm trees for cover from the heat. Beach was great and despite lots of seaweed washing up on shore, the resort was quick to clean it up multiple times a day! Lots of loungers to choose from including cabanas. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
