'We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. Just a few names but the list, indeed, is much more extensive. The resort staff made our stay pleasurable. Thank you! '

'The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.'

'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'We have stayed at several Excellence resorts, this one i thought was going to be a standout and it wasn't. Food was alright, about the same as the others maybe a tad better. The drinks were good but i ran out often. The Honeymoon suite was the best part of our stay, it was a beautiful room and rooftop. If you have been to one Excellence you've seen them all. Not bad for price but but we will probably stick with Garza Blancas for our future Mexico trips. This resort is a 7.5'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Nautibeach is in een woord geweldig. Wij hadden een appartement op de begane grond. De inrichting was wat verouderd, maar de rest maakte dat meer dan goed. Geweldig zwembad en strand voor de deur. Evenals een goed restaurant. Verder alles op loopafstand.'
