Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'El servicio de mayordomos por parte de Sarah, Víctor y Alejandro es maravilloso. La comida si deja un poco que desear, en general es insípida. A reserva del Restaurante porto fino, Adelita y le petit chef, los demás si tienen mal sazón, el servicio a cuarto de igual forma es de mal sabor y mejor evitarlo. La puntualidad en los servicios también deja que desear, por ejemplo el Gimnasio supuestamente abre a las 6:00 y estuve esperando una hora para que lo abrieran, lo mismo pasa con los horarios...

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'We loved this place. All staff members were amazing; they were fun and very kind. I recommend the rooftop restaurant and pool. The food and service are incredible. My daughters-in-law and I had a blast, great vacation. Very clean, outrageous staff, beautiful balcony view with a jacuzzi spa, total relaxation. This place is wonderful for adults who want a nice quiet place to relax.'

'Great gem to stay at on the corner of Playa Norte. Water is beautiful and rooms are great! You get a day bed with your stay and the pool is nice! Would highly recommend for a getaway!'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
