'Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

'Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center.'

'The European tapestries and decor was unique and the overall experience was excellent. I requested a champagne bottle be left in the room before I arrived and the staff had it ready! Great experience and I’ll be coming back.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!'

'A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! '

'Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...
