« Front desk staff were fine, but the cleaner on my floor didn't seem physically well, so my room was half made, and the new tissue box was soaking wet, so that was the state of the tissues. On the third day they must have changed cleaners so the room was looked after properly.
I didn't want to complain, since I didn't want to clearer to lose her job. I think she just needed a break. »
