'Prima hotel , netjes schoon verzorgd'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.'

'Love it'

'Great location. Easy check-in.'

'Front staff were very helpful. Room was clean and close to attractions.'

'Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'The room had inadequate lighting and the AC/heater did not work.'

'The hotel was in terrible shape and disarray. There were staff’s family members hanging out all over. Our key card had to be redone 3 times while we were there for 4 nights. We did not have a house keeper once while we were there. No cleaning at all. Our toilet seat was loose and the toilet was not connected at the floor so the toilet rocked every time you sat down. The walls were so thin you could hear every move they made next door and in the hall. Their pool area was colder than it was...

'The staff was very nice but this place unfortunately has roaches.'

'The staff was great and the room was excellent. However we were disappointed in the water park. We couldn't access the hot tubs and the size of the Waterpark was very small and geared for the majority to kids. We've been to two other lodges and this one is by far the smallest and least enjoyable as adults. The assortment of other activities was very nice as well. Lazer tag, rock mining, ice-cream shop and a big arcade. Kids Im sure were having fun. 20 dollars a day to park was a big let down as...

'Great stay!'
