'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Prima hotel. Kamers iets gedateerd maar wel prima in orde. Zwembad erg mooi en fijn. Vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken, mooi strand. Niet in de mega drukte. Wat fijn is, dat er aan de straatzijde een kleine winkel is en enkele goede restaurantjes. Wij verbleven er twee hele dagen en dat was genoeg.'

'The staff were all wonderful, the property clean, but thats all. Everything else not good. Worth it to pay a little more and get to spend ur vacation in a better place. The place is old, and absolutely not good from all aspects. Pictures way better than reality. I regret wasting my vacation there.'

'I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym...

'The Hotel was great, but they charged for everything.. Breakfast buffet $450 pesos.. Gym $150 pesos You couldn't have your own drinks at the pool...Beer 12oz was $200 pesos.. Also it says we can drink on beach, but no they kicked us out because we were at their property... Clean hotel, but ridiculous..'
