'The staff was OMG amazing! Everything was nice and clean and the restaurants were great. There were so many options for the kids to play in and there is an adult pool right next to the kid pools if you want to hang out while the kids are doing their own thing and an adult pool far away from the kids too! I would really recommend for families. Everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. '

'Property grounds were amazing with jungle like atmosphere, Myan ruins, multi walking trails (one underground), beautiful scenery, cenotes and wildlife. There is a family of 29 spider monkeys that life at the resort along with a small zoo of rescue animals and cats. My family never had a problem getting a lounge chair at waterpark, any pool, or at the beach. Food was better than expected for an all-inclusive resort. 'Property is great! I would only suggest, being in Mexico I would have expected a bit more Taco Stations throughout buffet areas. I kind of had to go looking when wanted a good taco. The place was a great and will definitely return!'
