'Hotel was great, only thing a bit far, needed car if you want to see cancun itself '

'Our family of four had an excellent stay at Hotel Ocean Coral & Turquesa in January 2026. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the privilege upgrade. Sebastian offered outstanding service. The terrasse of the lounge was great for breakfast and lunch. The waiters of the lounge were professional, attentive and friendly. Many pools to choose from. Great personnel at the bars.'

'Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious and beautiful . I loved the tub on the balcony. The staff were amazing. There were comfortable lounge chairs at the beach and the pools. You could do as much or as little as you liked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (other than arriving a day late due to American airline delays )which are no fault of the resort). '

'I really enjoyed my stay. The resort was somewhat dated but it was clean and the staff were very nice. The buffet was adequate but what stood out were the restaurants which were excellent. I loved seeing the animals on the grounds.'

'We loved the property, it was spread out nicely and hardly ever felt "busy". Things were clean, the food was delicious. We had some problems with the dinner reservations but Ricardo in the office helped us out. The adults only option was fabulous! It was great to have all the amenities and low price of a large resort with an adults only area (with pool, bar, and bistro for breakfast & lunch)! We look forward to returning.'

'De service en personeel in de restaurants waren super vriendelijke en correct. De spa en medewerkers waren zeer correct en vriendelijk. De vele verschillende managers en het personeel van de receptie waren onder maat voor zo'n keten. Als je geen membership wilde kopen dan waren ze opeens niet meer vriendelijk en zelf arrogant naar de gasten toe.'
