'The neighborhood is great and the host is amazing. But the property is old and needs a lot of repairs. There are no blinds (or blinds that work) on many of the windows and the interior condo structure lights are right in front of the bathroom windows making it bright at night. The condo was dusty and there was food and grime under almost every piece of furniture. The carpets are just plain gross. The coffee maker had days old coffee left in it. The host really needs to fire the cleaners!'

'The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

'The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay'
