With an amazing mountain view behind, plenty of hiking trails nearby, and only 30 minutes from the skyscrapers of downtown Los Angeles, it offers the best of both worlds. For a round of golf, a visit to the JPL Laboratory, or a night out in Pasadena with its boutiques and eateries, this property is a well-located space for your holiday.

The spacious living room is furnished with a large sofa, sofa chair, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and ceiling fan.
The high windows along the wall, and the large glass sliding doors leading to the private outdoor patio, provide abundant natural light. You will surely enjoy relaxing in this space after a day filled with activities!

Bright and cheery, the kitchen is outfitted with a pass-through counter, providing a view into the dining and living areas.
Also included are a gas cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, all the cookware necessary to make a lovely homecooked meal, and lots of counter space. Cooking at home will be a charm in Casa Aralia!

Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
