'Owners were very helpful and communicated throughout the entire trip. Home was clean, well stocked & they even provided extra amenities beyond normal expectations. Snacks, k-cup coffee pods, expandable towels for hiking, charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. We were very pleased with the accommodation and highly recommend this place to stay. Just great people all around. '

'Excellent stay. Very clean. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, hot tub was great. Location is very private. Only downside was driving on the several miles of unpaved county roads to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend!'

'Great location - cabin is nicely equipped with basic necessities. Couldn’t have a fire because of dryness in the area but loved the hot tub for achy muscles and relaxation. Would come again '

'We had the best time at the Treehouse! Its close to all the major trails (Garden of the Gods is literally down the street as is Rim Rock and Pounds Hollow). The Treehouse is the perfect size, was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was the best way to finish off a day of hiking. The group managing these properties does a great job with check in, check out and also checking up on you during your stay. Highly recommend if you're wanting to explore the Shawnee area!'

'We came here for a weekend visit to check out the Shawnee National Forest area and had the best time! The cabin was in vlose proximity to several hiking areas, the amenities were great, and the cabin was very comfortable for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!'
