« We were out of batteries on both of our phones and the front desk personnel got upset when we called. We were about to sleep outside because there was no one at the front desk. Thank Goodness the chef was about to leave and help us otherwise we were going to be outside. »

« It was not clear to me when booking that the majority of rooms are 21+. If you have a child with you, you are limited to either one of the outer buildings or need to upgrade to a full cabin. We had booked a king suite with a Japanese soaking tube and then were offered to switch to a forest haus queen because of my 2.5 year old and first told it was a comparable room (not even close) and then later given $71 resort credit, which really did not make up for it but I had limited other options at the...
