'I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it...

'Goede locatie, mooi hotel en leuk dat er een happy hour is tussen 17 en 18 uur waar je gratis wijntjes en biertjes kan drinken. Ik reisde met een vriendin en het bed was erg klein. Ook voor een koppel van Nederlands formaat zou het bed echt te klein zijn. Hotel is niet goedkoop en een kamer met groter bed zou 120 euro pn extra kosten ( in totaal zou de prijs dan iets meer dan 500 per nacht zijn). De laatste dag moedten wij om 7.30 richting luchthaven en dan kun je nog niet ontbijten, ook werd er...

'I have NEVER experienced service like this. Japanese service is incredible. An example: I didn’t have enough hangers in my closet for my clothes. I didn’t mention this to anyone. When I returned from shopping, there were 10 more hangers in the closet. Attention to detail and incredible service! '

And that the 2 accommodations they say in their information that some rooms are in the building next, but the building is totally somewhere else? Literally 2 streets away? No automatic cleaning the linnen, just NOT. We stayed there 6 days, 5 nights? COME ON??? THIS WAS NOT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BEFORE THE RESERVATION. We got that information...

'Ik kom geregeld in Tokyo en verblijf normaliter in andere zakenhotels. Voor deze trip was een hotel bij Shinagawa station makkelijker, dus ik dacht: probeer deze eens uit.
En ik heb nu een nieuw favoriet hotel!
De Prince Sakura Tower hotel ligt op een paar minuten wandelen van Shinagawa station, een erg centraal punt voor de verschillende metro's, treinen en de Shinkansen.
De kamer was zoals in Japan normaal zeer netjes, de staf behulpzaam. Wat uitzonderlijk was, was dat de kamer ruim was, erg...
